Robert Gallagher, Esq.
Attorney
Robert Gallagher is a seasoned personal injury attorney with over three decades of litigation experience throughout New York State. Earlier in his career, Bob represented defendants on behalf of large insurance companies, gaining valuable insight into how those organizations operate and protect their interests. That experience shaped his understanding of the system—and why injured individuals often need strong advocates to stand up for them.
Since shifting his focus to representing plaintiffs, Bob has committed himself to helping clients recover the compensation they deserve for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. He has tried more than 50 civil cases throughout the state and approaches every case as if it’s headed to trial. His courtroom experience, strategic mindset, and calm confidence provide clients with clarity during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
Bob’s approach to law is rooted in compassion, competitiveness, and integrity. He believes in communicating his clients’ stories with honesty, humility, and purpose, always advocating for those who may not have the voice or platform to speak for themselves.
Bob believes it is possible for a law firm to be both a successful business and be deeply committed to the well-being of its clients and the community. That mission, along with the firm’s people-first values, is what excites him most about the work ahead.
